What Equipment Uses 20:1 Ratio?
The 20:1 ratio is a very rich mixture used for very old equipment from the 1960s-1970s, break-in periods for racing engines, and severe-duty applications.
Important
Always use the fuel ratio specified in your equipment's owner's manual. Using the wrong ratio can cause engine damage from inadequate lubrication (too lean) or fouled spark plugs and carbon buildup (too rich).
